Animals + Design

So animals + design have always been a big thing but taking it a step further are great designers, esp. the ones from South Africa who have made such innovative things as these...this is an ode to my friend Jessica who has turned me onto such quarky design and see them in a new light....some great ones to look into are Monique Groossens, Meret Oppenheim, Michael Aran, Jason Miller.....

I love the furniture designers at Domeau & Peres, Paris, it's edgy but maintains functionality as well.  2 of my favorites are Odile Decq, Bernoit Cornette and Pablo Reinoso....
